Peanut is doing great! She loves to cuddle and is full of kisses. Peanut and Beans get along awesome and they are becoming the best of friends. Peanut is doing great with her basic commands and house training. She loves to sleep in her crate at night time but she does get anxiety when left in the crate during the day but seems to be getting better. We are so happy to add Peanut

to our family.  She's just a sweet dog and we just love her!

Peanut arrived at her foster home today and she is a true sweetheart!  She is full of wiggles and kisses.  Peanut is on the skinny side, so her foster mom and dad will be putting a little weight on her. Please check back for updates as we get to know this beautiful little girl.

Meet Peanut (who is coming into rescue with her brother Duke).  They are approximately 1.5 to two years old.  They are very friendly Boxers. They are brother and sister, and are reported to get nervous when they are separated.  They have excellent dispositions, and wonderful temperaments.  Duke and Peanut's story is VERY SAD.  They were abandoned in an apartment by their previous owners along with 3 other dogs and cats.  The owner of the property, family and friends have been caring for these babies.  They are both neutered/spayed and get along very well.  They show no aggression, or fear of any kind and are curious, and seem like they would just like to play and be dogs.  Peanut and Duke deserve a chance to have a loving forever home. They will need help with their basic commands and would greatly benefit from an obedience training class, as well as some brush up on house breaking.  We would like to keep Duke and Peanut together if possible, but will consider adopting them out separately to a home that has another dog companion.   If you have the time, the love and the patience to help with Duke and Peanut, please considering fostering them.  To learn more about our foster program, please visit our "about fostering" section of our site.
