Cash is a sweet, handsome boy that is very energetic and playful. He loves playing fetch with his favorite red ball so much so that we had to get him a new blue squeezy ball because he already wore the red one out! We are still trying to get him into more of a routine as his play-time, and appetite/eating schedule seems to be all over the place but he'scoming around slowly but surely! He loves his time hanging with his people, especially if it's in the sun, but he love walks around the neighborhood even more. Every time he hears his leash, he jumps up eager with excitement and ready to go! He enjoys all the attention and compliments from the neighbors we walk by along with the sights and sounds of the kids playing and other fenced in dogs barking. We take him everywhere now as he absolutely loves cars rides and is always excited to hear those words "wanna go for a ride?" We are having so much fun with him and look forward to growing and bonding with him even more as time goes on.

It's been a whirlwind past couple of days but it's been fabulous! Cash has so much puppy-like energy demanding to play fetch with his favorite red ball several times a day in the back yard. That along with 2-3 short walks around the neighborhood each day so far has definitely helped him to settle in and sleep soundly well through the past 2 nights which is great. His appetite is ravenous but now we know why... he's just so playful :)
Cash is such a love and knows he's a handsome boy, we are so happy to have him in our home!
Cash (short for Cassius) is a Gorgeous 6 year old dark brindle boy that is coming into the program as his previous owner recently passed away. He is as sweet as sweet can be. He’s got excellent manners and is very gentle. He’s lived with small children and other dogs. Cash knows his basic commands and loves to play with his favorite red ball. Cash was crate trained as a puppy but has not been in a crate for several years. He is not destructive when left alone at all. He doesn’t seem to have a big prey drive but because we are unsure, we will be looking to place him in a home without cats. He has lived with a few female dogs in the past and gets along well with other dogs. He is very nice and behaved when meeting new dogs. He walks nicely on a leash and is just an all around great dog. Please check back for updates as we secure a foster home for this handsome boy!
