Meet Mia. Mia is a sweet 5 year old female that is coming  into rescue as her current owner is selling her home and can no longer care for her. Mia has had no formal training and does not know her basic commands so her new family must be willing to attend a few obedience classes with her and work on her manners.   She currently lives with older children  (12+) and loves them however, she does not like other dogs, small critters or cats so we will be looking to place her in a home as an only dog.  Mia does

not ride well in cars and will need some work with that as well. She gets very excited when in the car and finds it very difficult to settle in.  She is crate trained and fully housetrained. She does not like to have her nails clipped so her new family must work with her in a positive manner for nail trimming.  She is not currently getting much exercise, so she would love an active family to walk with her every day.  Mia is a strong girl and will need a strong leader to work with her and help her become that well mannered Boxer girl we know she can be.  Please check back soon as we secure a foster home for this pretty lady!
