Meet Melody. Melody has had a pretty “RUFF” few months. Someone left her on the streets in Puerto Rico and when our rescuers found her she was emaciated and in tough shape. She still managed to wiggle her little nub at the vets and she’s been being cared for by a wonderful foster home in Puerto Rico. She’s gained weight and is looking and feeling good. She is approximately 2-3 years old. She is EXCELLENT with dogs (she loves big dogs and small dogs). She is good with children 10+. She is learning how to walk a bit on a leash so she’ll need help with that as well as crate training however she is not destructive AT ALL. Her new family must be willing to attend a 6-8 week basic obedience class with her for training and bonding. She has no history with cats. She is super loveable and happy even after what she’s been through so we are hoping to find her an awesome home. If you are interested in this sweet girl, please fill out an adoption application.
